1.Who we are

Samadi is a web and mobile app development studio based in Indonesia. Samadi is responsible for the personal data collected through samadi.id and the WhatsApp business number +6281229920362.

2.Data we collect

We only collect what you give us or what the service needs to work:

• Contact form: name, email, WhatsApp number (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message.
• WhatsApp chats: phone number, WhatsApp profile name, message content, message time, and delivery status.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and server logs used for security and troubleshooting.
• Cookies: one cookie that remembers your language, and one session cookie for signed-in admins only. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

3.How we use it

We use the data only to:

• Answer your questions and follow up on your request.
• Prepare proposals and estimates, and run projects we agree on.
• Send automated and human replies on WhatsApp.
• Keep the site and services secure and working.
• Meet applicable legal obligations.

4.WhatsApp

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) provided by Meta. Your messages pass through Meta's servers and are also covered by WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.

Some replies are automated, and you can ask for a person at any time. We only message you after you contact us first or agree to it. If you no longer want messages from us, tell us and we will stop.

5.Who receives the data

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We share it only with the providers we need to operate:

• Meta Platforms, for WhatsApp messaging.
• Netlify, for website hosting.
• Cloudflare, for network delivery and security.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

6.How long we keep it

WhatsApp chat history is kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically. Contact form submissions are kept as long as needed to answer you and run our work together, then deleted no later than 24 months after our last contact, unless an agreement or the law requires longer. Technical logs are kept for a short period.

7.Security

This site uses HTTPS, and access to data is limited to the people who need it. No system is risk-free, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

8.Your rights

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), you can:

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Ask us to delete your data.
• Withdraw consent and stop receiving messages from us.

9.How to request deletion

Email [email protected] or send a WhatsApp message to +6281229920362 saying "Delete my data", and include the WhatsApp number or email you used with us. We will delete your data and let you know once it is done.

10.Children

Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11.Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with its update date.
